A customer from Hong Kong came to our store to discuss wedding rings.

We have had customers from overseas before.

This time, both customers were from Hong Kong and could not speak Japanese.

We had a conversation while using a translation app.

They liked our designs on Instagram and visited us when they came to Japan.

We are very happy that they chose our store, even though there are many jewelry stores in Hong Kong and Japan.

We quickly created a trial ring and delivered it to the hotel where they are staying.

With more than six months until the wedding, we plan to have them try it on in Hong Kong and discuss their impressions by email.

We will do our best to create jewelry that crosses borders.

Life is full of events, but wonderful gifts await.
